Initial Phone Consultation
The focus of the initial phone consultation (i.e. strategy session) is to address possible questions, understand the extent of the accounting related needs, and determine how best we can help given the array of services we offer (see our services tab). Our goal at this point is to sufficiently understand the issues to be able to,
1. Provide a preliminary assessment of the issues and possible solutions,
2. Provide a quote for undertaking said solutions, and
3. Decide if we should proceed
In some cases, before final agreement to proceed, we may have to schedule a call-back time to allow a more in-depth review of your books off-line.
To prevent having to repeat this process, we prefer the meeting include the decision maker(s).
